Here are the easy steps on how to unlock the "Secret" SC2 Mission Piercing the Shroud.
This mission can only be unlocked during the Media Blitz mission.
STEPS:
1. During the initial phase of the mission where in you launch a surprise attack, select the lower right corner base.
This will enable your quickly access the hidden side quest. Ensure that you get rid of the vultures since they will be pesky since Odin and Thor units can not shot at them when they are on the ledge.
2. Once the 3 minutes are over, you will gain control of the base. Ensure that you build sufficient defense for you base and build another Thor unit. Make sure that you have SCVs with you so that field repair is done on any damage dealt to Odin and Thor units.
3. On the first barricade, turn right and keep right all the way to the corner most part of the map. There you will find a Science Facility. Destroy the said Science Facility and obtain the secret document.
4. Once you have the document finish the Media Blitz media. On the mission selection Piercing the Shroud will be available.
