The night is always darkest before the breaking of dawn – Novus Rising gave hope to all inhabitants of Novus Sector. And though most have survived, several have fallen into the dark side of the force.
In line with this and taking all things into serious consideration, the RF Team agreed to re-evaluate all factors that triggered past disturbances.
Thus, all temporary suspended accounts from January 2009 to present will be individually checked and released by batches after the account clean up of hot items.
Together with this, the RF Team will be releasing the names of the players in the Galactic Assembly of the RF Message Boards which will be called Novus Resurrection List. The point of releasing their names to the community is basically not to humiliate them, but to involve the community in helping them recover from their misdoings.
Players who will be granted parole and allowed to step foot on Novus again, please be reminded that this is will be your second and last chance. Pardoned players who violate the RF Magna Carta be banished from the World of Novus forever.
Parole Program Process:
Temporary suspended accounts as of January 2009
Must be level 47 and above
Must not be included in the NDH or Novus Death Hall
All accounts will be subjected to “Hot Item” wipe
The release of the accounts will be done in batches.
