Ok so now Level Up Games has finally taken a stand on the quest bug.

Greetings Citizens of Novus,
Contrary to my Statement last May 14, 2009 in the RF Forums regarding the RF Team’s stand about the Repeatable quest bug. Consider this statement FINAL.
Initially, the tests that were conducted concerning the bug encountered on the Exp quest indicated that only selective or certain characters are affected by this. However, recent events have shown that certain actions trigger the bug on all characters and it has come to our attention that certain individuals have abused this and their actions threaten the delicate balance of the game.
The RFPH Team has come to an agreement;
All Characters with Level 57 or more with xx.xxx% of Experience will be reverted back to level 56 with a 0% Experience.
All Characters that are level 51 as of May 29, 2009, and currently at level 55 above, regardless of their experience. Will be reverted back to their exact level on the said date.
Characters that where currently at Level 56 with xx.xxx% of Experience will be reverted back to level 56 0%.
To all offenders, consider this as your last warning. Anyone caught abusing the Repeatable Quest bug after this announcement will be sanctioned for bug abuse.
